The customer service was incredibly kind, and the replies were always quick. Even though I ordered from South Korea, the shipping didn’t feel slow at all. I also really appreciated being able to check the shipping progress so clearly at every stage. As for the products, the hoops were a little bigger than I expected, while the board was a little smaller than I imagined.
