Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Package Protection

Optional, $2.99 at checkout. If your order goes missing, gets swiped off your porch, or shows up damaged, we replace it free — just email us within 30 days of your ship date and we'll sort it.

Not covered: wrong address entered at checkout, refused or unclaimed packages, and customs holds. Without protection we'll always try to help, but once tracking says delivered we can't guarantee a replacement.

Order Changes

Need to change or cancel your order? Email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it's already in fulfillment and we can't make changes.
