Limited 2-Year Warranty. Every piece of SURFSURF jewelry is covered for two years from the day it's delivered.

Covered: tarnish, fading, discoloration, green skin, manufacturing defects.
Not covered: loss, theft, impact damage, normal surface scratches.

How a claim works

Piece fails, email a photo to info@surfsurfshop.com with your order number. We replace it free. Nothing gets posted back.

(If the ocean takes it, that's between you and the ocean.)

The fine print

This warranty applies to jewelry purchased at surfsurfshop.com and covers replacement of the same or an equivalent piece. It sits alongside our 30-day returns & exchanges and doesn't limit any rights you have under local law.
