We keep it chill and easy. Orders ship out in 1-2 business days, and standard delivery takes about 3-7 days. You’ll get a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your goods on their journey.

Note: Jewelry is currently available for purchase from our U.S. shop only. Also, jewelry and apparel may arrive in separate packages since they’re shipped from different warehouses.

We ship worldwide, but if your country isn’t listed, just reach out! To speed things up, we ship apparel from the closest spot—U.S. orders from the U.S., Europe orders from Europe, and Australia orders from Australia.

Exchanges & Returns

Ride the wave for 7 days after your order arrives to decide if it’s your vibe. Not feeling it? As long as it’s unused, you can return or exchange it. Choose a refund or swap it for SURFSURF merch credit. Heads up—return shipping’s on you, and only regular-priced items catch the return wave. 🌊
